Job Description: Videographer for VEE Con Attendance
Position Title: Videographer
Dates: August 9th to August 11th, 2024
Location: Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, CA
Hours: 2 hours each day (schedule to be detailed later)
Purpose: To capture and create a vlog documenting attendance at VEE Con, showcasing experiences, interactions, and insights for various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Film high-quality video footage of daily activities at VEE Con, including key events, interactions, and surroundings.
- Conduct quick, engaging interviews with other attendees.
- Capture candid moments, key interactions, and notable experiences throughout the convention.
- Edit the footage to create engaging vlogs for multiple platforms: “X” eMagazine, YouTube, Skool.com community, Facebook, and Instagram, for example. (You may not be responsible for these)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and conveys the desired message and tone.
- Collaborate on the schedule and specific shots needed to maximize coverage of the convention experience.
- Incorporate diverse perspectives and ensure inclusivity in the content captured and presented.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly in vlogs or event coverage.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within the allotted time frame.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and community sites like Skool.com.
