Project Overview
We’re looking for a creative and professional videographer to produce a compelling video case study that highlights our collaboration with RTC Antwerpen to launch the world's largest XR education initiative. This video will showcase the impact of VR training in education through interviews, on-site footage, and dynamic visuals.The project will involve traveling to several schools in the Antwerpen region, capturing the experiences of educators and students, and interviewing key stakeholders. Responsibilities
Pre-Production:
- Collaborate with the VirtualSpeech marketing team to refine the project brief and creative direction.
- Plan shooting schedules and locations in coordination with schools and RTC Antwerpen.
- Develop storyboards and shot lists to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Production:
- Travel to various schools in the RTC Antwerpen region.
- Record high-quality interviews with educators, students, and stakeholders.
- Capture b-roll footage that illustrates the use of XR technology in classrooms.
- Video to be taken will include interviews, b roll and in action shots.
Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage into a polished, compelling video case study (3-5 minutes in length).
- Include subtitles and branding elements provided by VirtualSpeech.
- Provide up to two rounds of revisions based on feedback from the VirtualSpeech team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography, with a portfolio showcasing similar case studies or promotional content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting interviews.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple locations within the RTC Antwerpen region.
- Access to professional-grade filming and audio equipment.
- Fluency in English
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on educational or technology-focused projects.
- Familiarity with XR/VR technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is advantageous for conducting interviews locally.
