The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and scheduling our blog posts and social media content. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients' automated content strategies run smoothly, maintain quality standards, and are published consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule blog posts and social media content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) using scheduling tools
- Review and edit content for quality, brand voice consistency, and grammatical accuracy
- Proofread and optimize content for SEO using Squirrly and other SEO tools
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of all scheduled content
- Coordinate with our team to ensure all scheduled content maintains brand consistency
- Monitor scheduled posts for any technical issues and resolve them promptly
- Track basic performance metrics of published content
- Maintain organized systems for content management
Requirements
- Experience with our preferred tools: SocialBee, WordPress, Canva, ClickUp, and Squirrly SEO
- Proven skills in social media marketing, copywriting, and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their specific formatting requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of content marketing principles and content optimization
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
