I am in need of a reliable, self-starting virtual assistant who can work 40 hours per week, handling general administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage my emails, ensuring that important messages do not go unanswered and all spam or unimportant messages are sifted out.
- Administer c alendar, scheduling and adjusting meetings as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle communications related to meetings, ensuring everyone involved is informed and prepared.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Entry-level candidates are welcome but should have the capacity to learn quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills are a must.
- Strong proficiency in written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
