Webpage for Sales Estimates

Project Overview:
We need a secure, password-protected webpage for sales representatives to log in and generate customer sales estimates. The site will include a simple calculator for estimates, along with a display of the sales script and some FAQ's that the admin can edit as needed.

Key Features:
User Authentication:
Password-protected login for sales reps.
Basic admin access to manage users.
Estimate Calculator:
A form where sales reps can input values (e.g., square footage, selected packages, discounts) to generate a customer estimate.
Built-in formulas to calculate costs for specific insulation services and financing options.
Editable Sales Script and FAQ's:
A section on the page to display the sales script, editable by the admin.
Responsive Design:
Light wight, mobile-friendly design for easy access on tablets or smartphones.

Attached we have generated a HTML code which functions similar to 95% of the calculator system we want on the site. (This code was generated using GPT.) 

We are open to a WordPress site.
