Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Model Understanding:
Collaborate with us to gain a deep understanding of our business model, target audience, and strategic goals.Ensure that all improvements align with our business objectives.
2. Website Audit and Analysis:
Conduct a thorough audit of every part of the website, including main pages, internal and external structures, navigation, content, and user flows.Review and audit all API calls and connections to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
3. Process Simplification:
Simplify and improve the flow of all aspects of our service, with a particular focus on the sign-up process for both customers and content creators.Revisit and clean up all processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and usability.
4. Identification and Implementation of Improvements:
Identify all missing elements or areas for improvement across the website and suggest practical solutions.Implement the agreed-upon fixes, including UX/UI adjustments, content updates, and API connection improvements, to deliver a fully functioning site.
5. Daily Collaboration:
Work closely with us on a daily basis to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure project milestones are met.Collaborate effectively with our current development team to provide the necessary support and guidance.
