Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced website developer who will begin by addressing quick fixes on our current site and eventually lead a complete overhaul.
Our new website needs to deliver a sleek, modern, and user-friendly experience, with a focus on clarity, seamless flow, and industry-specific services. The revamped site will be inspired by the following:
Pilot – Base design, clarity, and flow. The new site must convey a clean, professional look and feel, similar to Pilot’s design principles (https://pilot.com/)
Maxim Liberty Bookkeeping Services – Industry-specific content, services section, and testimonials need to follow this site’s structure (https://bookkeeping-services.com/)
Pearl Accountants – Software partner integration, as well as a dedicated “Why We’re Unique” and “How It Works” section, should be similar to Pearl Accountants (https://www.pearlaccountants.com/)
Project Overview:
The project will be in 2 phases, first will be a quick revamp of the existing site (www.gatpsolutions.com). It includes
Perform Immediate Quick Fixes on our existing website. Like changing the home page image, more pictures, less text (80:20 ratio),
Testimonials on the site are mistakenly showing 1-star ratings instead of the intended 5-star.
Improve loading speeds and optimize overall site performance.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-devices / browser compatibility.
Update content where necessary for accuracy and relevancy.
Phase 2: Complete Website Revamp
Design & User Experience:
Create a modern, clean, and intuitive website design inspired by Pilot.
Develop user-friendly navigation and layout that enhances user engagement.
The overall design and visuals need to present the innovative, tech-forward nature of our firm. The site needs to reflect our ambition and mission of automating accounting and back-office services.
The site needs to have a sense of humanity and highlight the struggles and desires of your target audience (7-8 figure eCommerce, Real Estate & Service industry clients). The site and content need to convey that we understand their frustrations and ambitions.
Content & Services Presentation:
Showcase our services, industry focus, and client testimonials similarly to Maxim Liberty Bookkeeping Services
Craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Software Partner Integration:
Highlight our software partnerships akin to Pearl Accountants.
Ensure seamless integration and presentation of third-party software tools.
Technical Requirements:
Implement a robust Content Management System (CMS) for easy content updates (preferably WordPress or similar).
Optimize the site for SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Post-Launch Support:
Provide training on CMS usage and website maintenance.
Offer a period of technical support for troubleshooting and minor adjustments after launch.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in website design and development (preferably in accounting industry)
