We are a non-profit homeowners association that is considering building a website. The site plan is attached. We want a copyrighted, mobile-enabled website with static pages, and pages with sortable content and forms. The back end will include an encrypted database which will include the contact information of homeowners in our neighborhood and other people or organizations working with us (e.g. sponsors etc.). Forms include a membership payment or donation payment form as well.
