To our existing app on iOS and Windows React, we want to be able to
1. Twilio video calls or from zoom, whatever works from app to phone - make video or audio calls
2. From the iOS app on ipad and phone or from windows desktop - both
3. Video calls need to get saved and its images and audio transcripts saved to the db
4. any audio call transcript to be saved to the db
