Job Title: WordPress Developer & Customer Support Representative (2 Positions)

OverviewWe are seeking two highly skilled and flexible individuals to join our team in a dual role that combines WordPress (WP) development and customer support. The successful candidates will split their time between designing, developing, and delivering WordPress projects, as well as providing fast, efficient, and professional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development
- Design, develop, and deliver WordPress projects on time and to a high standard.
- Work on custom themes, plugins, and website functionality as required.
- Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Customer Support
- Provide outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and other channels.
- Respond to all customer requests within 1 minute or less.
- Troubleshoot website issues, answer technical questions, and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by offering fast and professional assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Proven history in delivering high-quality WordPress projects with attention to detail.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and efficient customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
