Responsibilities
Development:
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Support:
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
Requirements
