Fix performance and technical SEO issues.
We migrated our site hosting plan manually and our domain authority has dropped, our site performance is slow (we use elementor) and our organic traffic has dropped.
We need a developer who can fix our technical SEO issues, improve our rankings, domain authority and site performance. We are also looking for someone who is familiar with CSS and knows how to configure wordpress plugins or can quickly learn how to do that.
Must be a developer that can look into code, troubleshoot issues and come up with real solutions.
We are looking for a monthly commitment.
HOW WE WILL WORK
We operate on weekly sprints. That means each week, you will propose work you can complete based on what you determine is important as well as bugs/enhancements we request. You will then work through the commitment you make for that week once we agree. We manage tasks and work via Clickup so you must be able to quickly come up to speed with managing your workload and tasks through a work management tool.
YOUR APPLICATION
In your application, I want to learn the following
#1 - That you know your way around Wordpress (advanced user)
#2 - That you are a real developer with a good understanding of code (javascript, php, css ...)
#3 - That you have a deep understanding of technical seo and how to tackle issues that can give us quick wins
#4 - That you know how to work with Elementor (expert user)
#5 - That you are organized, a quick learner, solutions oriented and results focused
Lastly, we are looking for a long term relationship.
