The Libretto theme is a classic theme where development has stopped. Phase one of the job is to convert this theme into a full Block Editing theme (not a hybrid theme) so I can migrate the existing site and use block editing features. Phase two would be to add some additional features and make some modifications to turn it into a unique theme but based on the original. I require a quote for phase one.
