Write A Short, 5 Book Fiction Series (Each book 30 pages) - All Genres

I am looking to hire a couple of "Awesome" writers to write a few, original content stories that I can give away to our readers on our website.
Before you bid please be aware of the following:
#1- I require that *Every Single Sentence* of what you write comes from your own creative mind… I own several software programs to check line by line your content and will ONLY accept 110% original material.
I will NOT accept nor will I pay for plagiarized content as I do not condone that. Even if you simply borrow 1 sentence out of 30 pages...
EVERYTHING must be 100% unique and created by you and you must be willing to sign a contract stating that YOU and only YOU created the content. (I will require that you sign a notarized contract agreeing to this.)
#2- I need these to be formatted for Kindle eReaders (including a hyperlinked table of contents)
#3- I will own all rights to the finished product once you are paid for it. That means I will own the byline rights, resale rights, ownership rights, copyrights and everything else and will require that you sign a contract agreeing to this as previously mentioned.
#4- Your written English must be 150% on target (much better than mine ;-) In fact I am mainly looking for writers from primarily English-speaking countries such as the U.S., Canada, Australia, the U.K., etc.
For each story I require:
** A 5 book mini "series" with "regular" characters where each story ends in a “Cliff hanger”. Meaning each ending is a continuation of the last and leaves the reader in awe and suspense… And in the next story, you’ll have to deliver on what the cliff hanger promised in the last story, make sense?
A complete 1-page synopsis detailing what the story is about (at least 10 sentences)
** About 30 pages (+/-) Times New Roman 10 Point No more than 1" margins all the way around
I am only looking for serious, long term people who LOVE to write stories of this nature because I will have a TON of work for you and will love to build a business relationship with you.

You should be available long term as I’m looking for more long term writers on our team.
I would like to have you create a continuous “ 5 book mini-series”, with each 25-page “story” having a cast of regular characters (as well as new people being introduced from time to time).
This is easy stuff and if you are good and your price is good I would love to work with you as we have alot of content that needs to be created.

I'm looking to pay $150.00 per report($750 for the entire 5 report series).
I would prefer to pay for each report separately, each within its own milestone.
