I am seeking a skilled freelancer to customize a Xero invoice template to precisely match the design and layout of a provided PDF invoice. The objective is to create a fully functional Xero template that mirrors the PDF's appearance and is ready for import into Xero.

**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze the provided PDF invoice to understand its structure and design elements.
- Utilize Xero's advanced invoice template features to add, move, or remove fields as necessary to replicate the PDF design.
- Ensure all elements, including text, fields, tables, and sections, are accurately aligned and formatted.
- Preview and test the customized template to confirm it functions correctly within Xero.
**Deliverables:**
- A customized Xero invoice template in .docx format that matches the provided PDF design.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in customizing Xero invoice templates, including adding, moving, and removing fields.
- Experience editing templates in Microsoft Word and producing .docx files.
- Attention to detail to ensure an exact match between the PDF and Xero templates.
- Ability to deliver the final product promptly.
**Additional Information:**
- The PDF invoice design will be provided upon hiring.
