Remote Freelancer – Zoho Books Accounting Cleanup for EMS Xperience SL
EMS Xperience SL in Spain is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented freelance accountant to assist with the cleanup and organization of our Zoho Books accounting system. This project is 100% remote, offering flexible working hours. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Zoho Books to ensure accurate and organized financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clean up existing financial data in Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile all accounts and ensure that all transactions are properly categorized.
- Correct any discrepancies in financial records.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and tax reports.
- Collaborate with our team to provide insights into improving financial processes and reporting.
- Maintain the integrity of financial data and suggest improvements to streamline the bookkeeping process.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Spanish language proficiency (native or advanced) is a MUST for effective communication and reporting.
- Previous experience working remotely, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
Project Duration:
- The project will be for an initial cleanup period with potential for ongoing support.
