Statement of Work (SOW): Objective
We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to create a custom CRM pipeline tailored to a multi-stage business process. This project requires setting up custom fields, automating tasks, creating workflows, and developing dashboards for tracking progress at each stage. The goal is to enhance our process management and enable real-time visibility across stages.
Scope of Work
- Pipeline Setup
- Configure a multi-stage CRM pipeline in Zoho, with clear visualization of stages for tracking progress.
- Custom Fields Creation
- Develop custom fields for each pipeline stage with suitable data types (e.g., text, date, picklist).
- Ensure fields align with data requirements and are accessible for easy data entry.
- Automation and Workflow Rules
- Create automated workflows to trigger notifications, task assignments, and reminders as the pipeline progresses.
- Automate status updates for efficiency and accuracy.
- Task and Activity Tracking
- Define tasks linked to each pipeline stage to ensure key actions are tracked.
- Set up reminders for follow-up tasks where additional actions are required.
- Data Validation
- Implement validation rules to ensure data accuracy, enforcing required field completion before advancing stages.
- Apply logical sequencing for date fields (e.g., start dates before completion dates).
- Reports and Dashboards
- Design real-time dashboards to provide insights into pipeline status, including metrics like stage progress and task completion.
- Develop custom reports for performance tracking, with user-friendly visuals for actionable insights.
- User Access and Security
- Set role-based access to restrict sensitive information and secure data integrity.
- Define permissions for editing critical fields to authorized users only.
- Testing and Validation
- Conduct comprehensive testing of each stage, field, and workflow.
- Validate the setup through data entry simulations and stage progression.
- Documentation and Training
- Provide thorough documentation covering pipeline stages, custom fields, workflows, and reports.
- Conduct a training session to ensure team members understand the CRM’s new features.
- Support and Maintenance
- Offer 30 days of post-implementation support for adjustments or troubleshooting.
- Optional: Propose ongoing support as required for future updates.

Timeline
