ZOHO / SQL Database Manager - Part Time

This remote, part-time position requires in office attendance (via zoom). Applicant must reside in UNited States. Hours Tuesday- Friday 9-4 pm CST.
Demonstrable Zoho and SQL experience required.  
 
This position will  
Work closely with our Zoho Expert Team to accomplish high level implementation projects and integration.
Produce Zoho CRM and Analytics Reports 
Maintain Permissions and Roles within CRM acting as the main Zoho Admin on the Company while keeping our system running and secured.
Have a broad understanding of many Zoho Apps and integrations. Skills and experience working on the native integration apps between Zoho CRM with other Zoho Products such as Zoho Form, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Contracts, Zoho People, Zoho Emailing and Templates, Zoho SMS.
Ability to create and maintain basic workflows and automations.
Zoho Deluge coding Experience preferred
 
Core Responsibilities:
Administration:
Leading the administration, configuration, and optimization of Zoho applications.
Managing users, roles, and permissions within Zoho applications
Managing user information and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Adding new employees, updating their work locations, and providing access to applications.
Managing domains, applications, other admins, and directory stores.
Customization:
Customizing and extending Zoho applications to align with business processes.
Designing automated processes to help sales reps work faster.
Training & Support:
Providing training and support to users on Zoho applications.
Helping employees learn and use the CRM tools appropriately.
Integration:
Integrating Zoho applications with other systems and third-party applications.
Zoho Applications in depth knowledge
In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, and other relevant Zoho applications.
CRM Principles: 
Understanding the fundamental principles of CRM systems, including customer engagement, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with database management and basic programming skills can be advantageous. ZOHO and SQL experience required. 
Zoho Certifications:
Preferred but attainable. Consider pursuing Zoho certifications to validate your skills and knowledge
