PP & ABS Simulated

For engineers requiring rigid, yet flexible functional prototypes; ideal for quick form fit and function tests and snap-fit applications.  White/Cream colored. Excellent feature resolution and accuracy. BIG parts, up to 25' wide and 21' deep.

PA Simulated

We love this material when it's time to put parts in investor's hands. It's strong, wear resistant, less prone to cracking or breaking when dropped.  Perfect for enclosures, cases and use for functional prototypes.

True Plastic & Rubber

Need short run pre-production parts?  Require a highly functional prototype that is made of real plastic or rubber and not a 3D print? Casting True Plastic & Rubber is the ideal choice for low volume quantities (10-50) that bridge the gap between one-off prototypes and high volume injection molding.  We will build a mold of your part and cast it in real plastic or rubber.
