Design Process: 

- The scope of the following projects started with Design Conceptualization with the clients. 

- After finalizing the schematic design, the plans were developed into 2d drawing in AutoCad while taking into considerations the design standards and building laws. 

- It is simultaneously done with the 3d modeling in SketchUp for the clients to visualize the end result. 

- Once approved, the 3d models are then rendered in Lumion and post processed in Adobe Photoshop for a more realistic approach
