For this client we had to develop an automated solution for their anodizing process. The program was designed to both handle the anodizing process, as well as manage up to 15 chemical tanks to control temperature and monitor tank level. This program development also included the design of an HMI for operator control. The HMI offered the user many features to allow complete customization of the anodizing process.
