§ Experienced in analyzing conflict arising from suspected criminal action through intuitive, thorough research and objective, data-based thinking to extrapolate and buffer the source of distress within a given case.
§ Able to observe the objective reality of a case’s criminal circumstances and illustrate euphemistic yet factual conclusions that remove or greatly diminish unfair or prejudicial bias against a client.
§ Execute “damage control” procedures requiring networking with experienced, outside sources to broaden the scope of knowledge and most accurately ascertain the most optimal path for the client.
§ Familiar with the tactics used by lawyers to negotiate and subsequently resolve complex and emotionally charged legal conflicts.
