EMR ( Electronic Medical Records ) is a stand – alone health information system that allows storage, manipulation and retrieval of medical records of the patients suffering from sleep related illness. 

It has the facility to store patient symptoms (problems and allergies etc), medication details (dose, medication start and end dates) and the tasks assigned to the hospital staff (such as patient follow ups,collecting fees etc). Each task is assigned some priority ranging Low – Medium – High. 

This application can be used to schedule patient appointments and generate and print various reports using crystal and rdlc reports.
