Workforceretention is a boutique business that has been delivering effective, flexible exit interview programs since 2008.

In 2018, Angeline, the CEO of Workforce Retention, asked me to rebuild her platform using new web technology.

- Created and oversaw wireframe designs from client requests.

- Created accessible, responsive, and functional user interfaces using angular nebular theme to allow visitors on any device to have the same perfect user experience. This process increased number of 5 star UX/UI reviews by 135%.

- Built API following RESTful standards using express.js to allow users to submit information by storing data in MongoDB.
