The goal was to enhance customer engagement and provide restaurant owners with a versatile platform to showcase their culinary offerings. The solution needed to accommodate real-time updates, dietary information, and support for promotions, all while capturing valuable customer data for targeted marketing and improved service delivery.

Solution:

MuvRai addressed the need for digital transformation in the dining experience by introducing a customizable Progressive Web App (PWA). This digital menu solution offers interactive features like QR code scanning for menu access, real-time updates for daily specials, and dietary filters. Additionally, it includes a customer contact form integrated with special offers, encouraging customer interaction and loyalty. The PWA is built using React and Firebase, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and scalability for the restaurant's growing needs.
