Salesforce Portal Development

We have developed a Salesforce customer portal for the customers to create their cases and check their status of them by logging in to the customer portal. The portal got the following features - 1- Self Registration 2- Login Page 3- Account Validation 4- Case creation with attachment upload features 5- Tracking Case status Not restricted to this we have written lines of code to avoid bad and spam case creation. It's not limited to the portal only, We have all the automation configurations for the support team(internal user) through out the complete case lifecycle.
