I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 7 years. I do handle billing, collection, sales, and technical concern via different platforms such as doing the inbound and outbound calls, Live chat handling 2 or 8 more customers at the same time, and sending emails and messaging as well. I used to work for residential and business customers which is why I am very confident that I can deal-professional a different kind of personalities of the person that needs my help and support. Also, the reason why I love this job is the cause, I love helping people and talking to them. This job suits my personality.
