Many years ago, when I worked in technology sales, I often ended up writing my own development proposals, reports, abstracts, and business briefs when our in-house writers were too busy to give my projects the attention to detail my customers needed. Eventually I switched careers and have spent the last decade in writing, editing, and content management. In addition to extensive print experience, I also have four years of experience writing for the web and social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram). I've managed several websites (Drupal and WordPress) and also have led the development of new websites. Healthcare and education are my main areas of focus.
