I am an  ESL teacher with a 10 years working experience in Thailand. I value helping my students understand difficult information. I enjoy lecturing and I will always make an effort to engage and motivate my students when I lecture this is because my role is to model for them in complex ways so that they can develop the same habits.When I teach, I design for various access points and acknowledge personal reflection. I often use exercises instead of lecturing. This helps engage students who may otherwise be reluctant, as it provides a safe space for them to discover themselves. I provide a variety of activities that engages students with different learning styles this supports students in being and viewing themselves as valued members of the learning community.As an English teacher, I am committed to using peer review in my classes. By reading and commenting on other students' work in small groups, or individually and by so doing my students learn to find their voices, themselves, to understand the important connection between reading and speaking in the writing classroom.
