I started my Career in 2005 as Customer support executive for Dell and HP (worked for wipro), and I started as freelancer with an eCommerce company in 2010. From then I have worked for several of eCommerce companies, ebay sellers and amazon sellers. I have done the complete process from email support, call support, adding inventory, order processing, communicate with dropshipper, communicate with warehouse, refunds, cancellation, replacements, shipping, etc. I have also handled team for some of these companies (I provided and trained freelancers and managed them).
