- Possess significant experience in Equity research with exposure to modeling & valuation of companies, preparation of pitch books, identifying distress companies, financial analysis etc. - Modeling and valuations exposure includes rich experience of conducting buy-side, sell-side, and independent equity research, with extensive exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, valuations and report writing, including coverage initiation. - Worked with investment banks / Sell side clients / Buy side clients in preparing detailed investment notes, initiating coverage’s and conducting in-depth valuations for companies as required. - Experience in preparing comprehensive business and financial plans for start-up companies with an aim to estimate enterprise value and future financing needs. - In-depth exposure to the pharmaceutical sector across developed and emerging markets; exhaustive experience encompasses building equity models, initiation and update reports comprising of investment thesis, identifying M&A prospects, market entry strategies, bench-marking exercises and a variety of ad-hoc assignments - Extensively managed and worked on a wide range of financial analysis assignments few of which include financial health assessments of suppliers, capital structure, identifying distressed companies, working capital analysis, business plans and prospecting work - Has worked with diverse client organizations like investment banks, PE firms, financial consultants, sell and buy side clients, hedge funds, etc.
