Hi, I have been working since 5 years. I have 3 years experience in customer service and as a business analyst. Working with different clients, markets like UK, US got me a good reach over different types of customers and the ability to understand the products/services more easily. I’m capable of convincing the hardest and stubborn customers as it was part of my job responsibilities in one of my previous company. I have the certification in different google marketing products as I have been working in companies which were vendors for Google. I’m also trained in shopify and other tools involved in email and chat support.
