Hello

I am a professional 3D designer and a mechanical engineer with more than 4 years of expert in 3D designing using Solidworks. In addition to my 3D designing skills, I also am a mechanical engineer graduate from the British university in Egypt with an overall degree of A which included all the designing and manufacturing and production courses and skills. I have designed numerous numbers of projects using Solidworks. My previous Solidworks projects included: -

1. Anticipated in designing Electrical crane that is able to lift up to 2 tons.
2. Designed an anthropomorphic robotic arm that can replace the human hand for impaired persons.
3. Designed an electrical car elevator that can store up to two cars in the same spot using low amount of force from an electrical motor.
4. Designed a packing and sorting affordable line.
5. Designed a conveyer belt that is meant to handle light weight components along with a camera that is working with artificial intelligence system that can detect flaws in products and kick them out of the system. Also, with consideration for manufacturing technique.
6. Designed a mechanism for solar panels to track the sun during the day with consideration of manufacturing technique.
7. Designed a small forklift.
8. Designed a 6 DOF writing arm with consideration to manufacturing technique of laser cutting the parts.

FEA analysis is also one of my essentials in term of designing. I do FEA on the design with Solidworks and ANSYS to validate the final results and to insure a safe design.

Most of my projects included 3D printing so I also have experience in 3D printing manufacturing and laser cut manufacturing and I am also aware of manufacturing standards and beams standard in the market so in case of designing for manufacturing, there is no issue.
