I will model (Blender 2.90), UV unwrap (Blender 2.90), texture (Substance Painter) and then export your model into a given format (.fbx, .blend (Native), .obj+.mtl, .dae).
Includes:
Good topology (Polygonal, Tris+Quads)
2K-4K textures (Depends on how complicated your object is)
UVs of a good quality
PBR texture sets including (maps): BaseColor, Roughness, Metallic, Normal, Height, (Other if needed)
