I will create 3D indoor environment scenes ranging from rooms, offices, to somewhat semi-realistic scenes similar to those seen in games and movies. Additionally, all prop assets will be modeled by me alone. Alternatively, I can create an unreal project with it and setup some basic lighting for you.
