3D Model of House/Small Structure

$30/hr Starting at $300

Through the use of SketchUp, AutoCAD and/or 3D Studio Max, an accurate model of your structure will be created from your drawings. This is not a design service, but will result in a usable digital 3D model of your project. Deliverables include the digital file containing the model & high resolution still images. All building drawings, including plans & elevations must be provided by the client. Additional costs will be accrued for more than 6 photorealistic rendering and larger buildings (more than 3000 sq ft). All work includes to revisions/updates and initial consultation.Delivery Time: 5-7 Day(s)
