I'm providing 3D modeling service to elevate your 2D plan, either in CAD or hand drafted plan of architecture / building / landscape, into 3D model. For your information, I'm using both 3Ds Max and Sketchup Pro in modeling, coupled with rendering service to produce photorealistic image for illustration purpose.
