MechaSignos is a multidisciplinary team of mechanical engineers and industrial designers trained in the planning, development and validation of products with a user-centered and manufacture design focusses. Perceptive and Biomechanical Ergonomics are into our everyday minds, always emphasizing in the user and client's needs, seeking for a confortable, secure and a fully-comprehensive product designs. Our design proccess work in a exhaustive way, during the investigation, conceptualization, development, prototyping and validation phases, where we gladly work in cooperation of the final user. We also develop 3D models of parts and assemblies, selecting the most suitable materials that guarantee the operation requirements of the modeled components and elaborating manufacturing plans and assembly of parts and assemblies. We have 3+ years of experience working with design software and computer-aided design software (CAD) such as the following: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Autodesk 3ds max, Luxion Keyshot, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop using the following tools of these programs: -Vectorial graphics management We cover the finite element analysis (FEA) and fluid dynamics simulations for the validation of the designs using the following software: Autodesk inventor, Solidworks Simulation, ANSYS, ABAQUS) performing: -Analysis of stresses and deformations. -Analysis of deviations. -Analysis of vibration. -Heat transfer. -Dynamics of fluids
