I’m innovative mechanical Design engineer who specialize to do sheet metal and weldment design works in solidworks. I can provide fully detailed part design, 3D model and Assembly drawings. I have well experience for press brake bending, shearing, rolling, welding (MIG/TIG/ARC/SPOT) machine processes.

What I can do for my client

· Sheet metal based product modeling

· Weldment based product modeling using standard materials in the market (Angle iron, Box Bar, 8020 aluminium, channel iron)

· DFX or M-Code Cam file for plasma and laser cut

· Any 3D model converts to sheet metal part.

· Rendering

· 3D PDF

· Fully detailed drawing in PDF format

· Provide efficient cutting plan (Nesting) for save your raw materials

· Enclosure design for your PCB
