Experience as a BIM Modeler for 8 years and Structural CAD Drafter for 7 years. Ability to interpret Civil and structural drawing plans to produce floor plans, section cuts, elevations, connection details, etc. for construction purposes. Be able to prepare BIM (Building Information Modeling) Module detail and concept structure drawings in accordance with structural and Civil design drawing standards using Revit and Navisworks such as :  Consults BIM Coordinators on how to meet BIM Goals and BIM Uses/ Deliverables.  Prepares design meetings and presents clash reports.  Responsible for interdisciplinary clash detection and making clash reports.  Sets up and prepares all aspect models for a federated model.  Writes and updates the BIM Execution Plan and consults other stakeholders.  Assists the Project Manager with the Pre Contract BIM Execution Plan for Proposals.  Sets up and manages BIM workflow, a communication platform, common data environment, project folders, document management system, and Revit Server.  Create an ID CODE for Synchronization for 4D Planner by Revit to Navisworks.  Schedule/Quantities for Structure Module.  Responsible for setting up the entire BIM Process and the technical BIM uses. Be able to prepare detailed steel structure drawings in accordance with structural and Civil design drawing standards using AutoCAD such as :  Embedded Steel  Anchor bolt setting plans, lintel erection plans, and assoc. sections.  Fabrication drawings for anchor bolts, lintels, bearing plates, sill angles, bond angles, and pipe bollards.  Steel erection plans, elevations, details, and sections.  Fabrication Drawings for columns, beams, girt, horizontal and vertical bracing, trusses, sag rods, roof/floor frames, and finish angles and plates.  Foundation Concrete detail drawing  Concrete slab, Curb, Ditch, and Sump-pit detail  Pipe Support & Foundation Plan, Section, and Detail  Be able to interpret civil and structural drawings to produce platform structural modeling in PDMS, including the main structure, railing, plating, handrail, ladder, etc.
