John did an excellent job creating an image for t-shirts and coffee mugs to promote a small aircraft. We had several engineering drawings available to John from which he was able to create a terrific model. We hope to use that model for future promotional materials or the web site. In addition, John created a wonderful paint job for aircraft with almost no direction. I relied on his artistic vision, and it paid off. He had a big job to finish before he could start my project, but once started, things moved along well. John is personable and accepts feedback well. I highly recommend him. Sorry John, but after being a manager for many years, and perfoming employee reviews each year, I don't give straight 'excellent' ratings to anyone. However, you came very close to having me break that rule.
