BIM Architect proficient in the following:

- Revit

- AutoCAD

- Sketchup

- 3D Rendering

- Interior and Exterior visualization

Have a capacity to:

(a)    Prepare space analysis focusing on space-use requirements, functional requirements, circulatory requirements, area calculations and other related information as may be assigned or required.

(b)    Prepare and/or generate drawings  from Building Information Models for purposes of design review, design discussion, design analysis, design presentation, draft schematic drawings, developing schematic drawings, final schematic drawings, draft design development drawings, progress design development drawings, final design development drawings, draft construction drawings, progress construction drawings, final construction 

(c)    Participate in BIM Coordination reviews

(d)    Intermediate-to-advanced architectural modeling – this entails generation of all general architectural elements such as walls, floor, ceiling, roof and all the components attributed or which may be hosted in these elements.
