My background comes from transcription, but over the years I've developed other skills from transcribing such as editing, quality control and proofreading. I'm also well experienced in using Microsoft Office applications for other purposes, such as Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, formatting Microsoft Word documents, creating/using templates, etc. Working as an IC over the years I've learned how to work independently, how to manage my own time to meet specified deadlines, knowing the importance of putting out high quality work for my clients. This is what I take pride in and what has formed a strong, positive working relationship with one of my clients since 2012.
