• 6.5 years of experience in software testing – AS/400 and web based testing ; and software development- AS/400 (RPG/400, CL/400, DB2/400, OS/400) and JD Edwards • Experienced testing professional with expertise in Defining Testing Methodologies, Designing Test Plans and Requirement Traceability Verification Metrics & Test cases • Experience working as a Business analyst. • Perform analysis of business issues, work with Business users and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are met. • Responsible for client and other stakeholder satisfaction in the functional and technical performance of systems • Expertise in carrying out estimations and SOW activities independently. Also, hands-on experience in developing Test Metrics • Proficient in all phases of test life cycle from test planning to defect tracking and managing defect lifecycle • Consistently recognized by customers on strength of business and technical knowledge, clear and concise communications, and leadership skills • Knowledge of Access management & Single sign on • Experience in coordinating with Global teams, including managing onsite/offshore resources
