I’ve been in the call center industry for more than 10yrs, I started as a customer service representative way back 2005 where I handled hotel reservations concerns. I transferred to another company still a customer service representative where I handled billing issues and simple technical support. When an opportunity arose I became a collections officer for 7 years and now a part of the billing disputes team where I was sent to Sydney Australia for 6 months training.
