8+ years of experience in Storage Technology, currently working as a EMC Symmetrix Product Support Engineer and SAN Storage Administrator across EMC, HP 3PAR, Hitachi, Oracle ZFS, IBM and INFINIDAT storage products. Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams (Vendor, Server, Application, Datacenter, Facilities and Security). Directly interact with customers to understand and distil the requirements and evaluate, recommend a course of action (remediation, upgrades, and new installs) and implement as approved. Significant experience in Operations (BAU), Transitions, Performance review and related remediation, setting up /managing/ administering of replication, capacity reporting and planning. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. Possess a flexible and detailed oriented attitude towards problem solving.
