Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on the success of filling jobs Client Visits – build relationships and review branch performance Maintaining the Resource Management database and preparing periodic reports. Coordinate with Recruiters and Hiring Manager for Resource requirement and recruitment. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results. Quality check on Recruiters submission Perform salary, fee and contract negotiations with clients and candidates, where applicable. Negotiate & convince the candidates to accept the offer & join at the earliest Track and maintain the resource tracker and map the resource requirements to fulfill the requirements
