I started working in a call center last July 2012,It was a dream come true for me because working in a BPO was my Ultimate dream job, I thought it was easy but when I am working already, I learned that being a call center agent is tough job, pressures and challenges are everywhere, I dialed several sales account on all call centers that I worked with, b2c and b2b account such as Caribbean, medical alert system, student loan, diabetic testing meter ,home alarm system ,and Australian telecom also dialed a survey account, a leads generation for Car and Life insurance, my recent job was in Acquire Asia Pacific where I function as BDM for MTI phonecards,It was a business to business account, the job was not purely selling ,it was a mixture of telemarketing and customer service, I enjoyed working on that account but I have to give it for some family reason’s.
