DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All secretarial duties of Principal.
Perform general secretarial tasks including but not limited to, producing letters, reports, memorandums etc. Looking at daily mail and preparing the reply as per the directive from Principal/Vice Principal.
Manage e-mails and dairies.
Update documents regularly
Overseeing the smooth functioning of the Principal’s office in matters related to the MD Office, Faculty HR, Staff HR, Administrative Office, Admissions and Academics.
Prepare muster rolls of faculty & staff, maintain leave records of faculty, sending the monthly attendance to faculty office, conference related matters etc.
Will oversee all Faculty related affairs of the Dental school and will liaison with the Faculty office in this regard.
Supervising the affairs of the HRD staff in Dental College.
Admission procedure of new BDS, MDS & Dental Mechanics students in Dental School.
Maintaining petty cash and Exam related expenses.
Patients related matters
All Examination related matters – BDS, MDS and Dental Mechanic students
Updating all necessary documents and files for the Periodic Inspections of the DCI for BDS & MDS specialties.
Overall, in charge of the UG & PG students’ section of the Principal’s Office – in the affairs of the BDS, MDS and Dental Mechanics students.
Assist Principal on the Govt. / DCI/ University matters.
To ensure smooth communication in relation to any matters pertaining to the above-mentioned affairs as well as any such matter that may need to be brought to the notice of the Principal/Vice Principal.
