I am currently finishing up my Bachelor's degree in Psychology (with a minor in Education) which, as you might guess, means that I have written many, many essays. I have a 3.88 GPA if that means anything to you, but I would much rather just send samples if you want to see, for yourself, how well my style matches up with your standards. My specialty is academic-style writing, as that is what I have done the most of and can do the fastest. In the past, I do write poetry and fiction for fun, but it takes a lot longer to produce more creative or emotionally evocative pieces. Aside from all that, writing is just very important to me– I absolutely love that flowing feeling that comes with complete immersion in my work. That said, I can be quite the perfectionist, especially with my academic writing. I proofread a lot, read and re-read to myself, aloud, to make sure the flow and pace are exactly how I want them. If you are looking for someone who will just throw some words together on a page, I am not who you are looking for. I like things to be pristine and clear, punctuated well, and paced to perfection.
